Eddy Smith Engineering is a family owned and operated business located 5km from the Gympie CBD. The company was founded by local mechanic and businessman, Eddy Smith as a mobile mechanical repair service, catering to farmers and the forestry industry in the local area. Over several years Eddy’s customer base had grown to the point that he was able to establish a permanant place of business and Eddy Smith Engineering grew into a well known and respected engineering and manufacturing company.

In later years Eddy Smith Engineering added a more expansive sales component to its capacity under the name of Cooloola Tractors and Machinery.  See separate website: www.cooltractors.com.au

Cooloola Tractors and Machinery to this day deals in the sales of new and used tractors, as well as agriculutral implements, tractor spare parts, safety equipment, tyres, oils, lubricants as well as hydraulic hoses and fittings.
